Support our mission to change the face of American business

Philanthropic contributions to The Consortium are an investment in the MBA diversity pipeline — a pipeline that is extremely fragile. African Americans, Hispanic Americans and Native Americans represent less than 10 percent of the population attending the top 80 full-time graduate business schools.

With Your Support, We’ve Made a Difference

Since our inception in 1966, we’ve contributed $665 million in fellowship support, enabling us to introduce more than 12,000 diverse MBAs to the global marketplace. Philanthropic contributions enable us to further advance our mission, along with our powerful network of member schools, corporate partners, students and alumni who provide access, opportunity and exposure to the best and brightest MBA candidates.

Your donations:

  • Sustain and enhance our recruitment efforts.
  • Support our comprehensive Orientation Program & Career Forum.
  • Help provide up to full-tuition fellowships to Consortium Fellows.

Thank you for your generosity that allows us to continue our shared mission.

Matching Gifts

Did you know that many companies offer a matching gift program to encourage philanthropy among their employees? And that some companies will even match to spouses and retirees? By simply completing a matching gift form obtained from your employer (online, or paper), you may be able to double, or even triple, the impact of your gift! Contributions of any amount help The Consortium further its programs and operations that benefit both alumni and students.

Once your employer’s matching gift form is completed, please forward it to the following address:

The Consortium for Graduate Study in Management
