Forté seeks to amplify the voices and experiences of all women. Each year, Forté holds Diversity Day to empower those who have historically been underrepresented in business to move forward in their careers and grow as leaders.
The event focuses on the lived experiences of women business leaders who have historically been underrepresented in business. Specifically, speakers who identify as African American, Black, Hispanic, Latinx, and/or Native American will be featured.
