Recognizing individual commitments to The Consortium's mission
Each year at the annual Orientation Program & Career Forum, we present awards to individuals who embody The Consortium mission. Nominations and votes for each award are submitted by member schools, corporate partners, students and alumni.
This award is presented annually to individuals in recognition of their courageous leadership and commitment in advancing the goal of equal opportunity for underrepresented minorities in American business.
This award is presented annually to individuals in recognition of their generous financial support of MBA fellowships, demonstrated leadership as a champion of corporate diversity and support of innovative approaches to solving problems related to equal employment opportunity.
This award is presented annually to recognize an alumnus who has demonstrated a commitment to personal achievement, community involvement, mentoring, the advancement of The Consortium’s mission, giving back and encouraging and inspiring future leaders.
This award recognizes a young alumnus who is a “leader in action,” demonstrating vision, collaboration and creativity in driving diversity and inclusion in their professional life.
The award is presented to African American students, particularly women, with preference given to those attending the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business or the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
This award is presented to an instructor, faculty member or researcher who has received significant recognition, demonstrated a passion for teaching, exhibited a passion for and understanding of diversity issues, and has a longstanding commitment to The Consortium’s mission.
This award is given to a corporate partner that manifests dedication to the mission through extraordinary collaboration with Consortium constituents.
This award recognizes dedicated executives who embody humility and inspire others as servant leaders.
