Reservation Policy:
- You will only be able to reserve a maximum of two (2) rooms online per the Hyatt Regency Seattle online reservation website. If you require more than two rooms, please perform the reservation process again until you have reserved the appropriate number of rooms. Please make sure to notate the different names for each room on the reservation.
- General reservations requests and updates can be reached at 402-501-9864.
- If you would like to reserve more than eight (8) rooms, please contact Group Housing at michelle.taam@hyatt.com for assistance with your sub-block request at the Hyatt Regency Seattle. You will be required to fill out a credit card authorization when booking rooms.
- Sub-block groups must submit the full attendee names and deposit by May 11, 2026, or the reserved rooms will be turned over to the hotel.
- Sub-block groups will be asked to fill out a form to include FN, LN, arrival & departure date, requested room type, billing method, and method of payment. Your block will not be confirmed unless this is completed and accepted by the hotel.
Payment/Cancellation Note:
- Your credit card will be charged a deposit equal to one night’s room and tax to confirm the reservation. You can cancel your room up to 72 hours before your arrival date without penalty. Please reference the conference program to ensure your room reservations correlate with the conference dates that you intended.

New students who have accepted an offer of admission and submitted a deposit to a Consortium member school are eligible, provided they are also accepted into The Consortium. Both Consortium acceptance and enrollment at a member school are required.

Each year at the annual Orientation Program & Career Forum, we present awards to individuals who embody The Consortium’s mission. Nominations and votes for each award are submitted by member schools, corporate partners, students and alumni.
This award is presented annually to individuals who demonstrate courageous leadership and a strong commitment to expanding opportunity and advancing equity in the business world.
This award is presented annually to individuals in recognition of their generous support of MBA fellowships, their leadership in promoting inclusive workplace practices, and their commitment to advancing innovative solutions that expand access to opportunity.
This award is presented annually to recognize an alumnus who has demonstrated a commitment to personal achievement, community involvement, mentoring, the advancement of The Consortium’s mission, giving back and encouraging and inspiring future leaders.
This award recognizes a young alumnus who exemplifies leadership in action, demonstrating vision, collaboration, and creativity in expanding access and fostering belonging within their professional sphere.
