Consortium alumna featured in Intel recruiting video

Roshiana Bell is a Consortium and University of Rochester alumna, class of 2016, who now works for one of our newest corporate partners, Intel Corporation. After graduation, she started as a senior financial analyst in the memory division.

“I am heavily involved in the Intel finance and the Folsom community through recruiting efforts at the conferences, including The Consortium OP and National Black MBA Conference, integration and career development of new employees,” Roshiana said.

She was recently featured in an Intel recruiting video speaking about opportunities at the company and the various ways the company demonstrates its commitment to diversity and quality of life for employees in the region.

“At Intel, each Intel site highlights its campus community, employees and the surrounding areas to serve as a recruiting resource for new hires, interns and recruiting potential candidates,” she said. “Earlier this year, Folsom Excellence presented me with the opportunity to share why I joined Intel and my journey thus far.”

Check out the video below — and be sure to look for Roshiana’s Consortium pin, proudly affixed to her lapel.

Roshiana is the program coordinator for the Folsom Intern Buddy Program, which provides interns with mentors within the organization. She is also the finance chair of Folsom Network of Intel African Americans and a member of the Women at Intel Network.

“At Intel, I am given the resources and support to turn my passion and aspirations into reality and that is why I love working at Intel,” she said. And in the video, she says: “We can change the way people live their lives by everyday activity. And that’s why I chose to pursue Intel.”
